Many of our made-to-order products include UK mainland delivery (excluding Scottish Highlands) however small order charges will apply to select brands and this charge will be either included on the product page or in the shopping basket.
Our deliveries are Monday to Friday, our delivery service requires clear access for a large vehicle to attend your location. We cannot always provide a precise date or delivery time as goods are most delivered via multi drop vehicles.
If you have any special delivery requirements such as restricted vehicular access, limited open hours or close of business days, please contact our sales team before ordering.
Deliveries are to pavement level only with customers personnel being able to accept the goods and move them to there desired internal locations. Due to the weight of some lockers, it is recommended to have at least two personnel available.
Most of our products are manufactured to order and lead times vary. We always list the usual lead time against each product, however, there may be times when we cannot. If you have a very urgent deadline please call our sales team before you place your order and we'll confirm delivery dates to prevent disappointment.
When you place your order online it will be sent to our sales team who will then double check the order and confirm it, at this point you will be sent an order confirmation by email which will detail a more accurate delivery date. ASL Lockers do not accept liability for any delays that are outside our reasonable control.
